Simply put, my passion is helping others create the quality of life where they can be healthy and thrive. This is why I have made it my life’s work to understand how physiology, nutrition and compassionate coaching can help my clients achieve their goals.
Born and raised in Niagara. I was once a long-haired guitar-loving teen and believe me I started out with no affiliation to fitness or nutrition. I was living life on the edge with no concern for any future direction or focus.
Everyone has a turning point in their lives. Mine was when I met a small-town gym owner.
Through his mentorship I was able to discover for myself how to create self-improvement through working out and eating healthy. This turned my life around and at the same time gave me a drive, passion and strong purpose to assist others in achieving the same healthful lifestyle.
Education was my next step and goal. I wanted to understand as much as possible about physiology and nutrition. Knowing that everyone is different, therefore we all face unique challenges in finding the “right” exercise and diet for ourselves.
I graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Recreation, Leisure Services and Fitness and Health promotions. Going on to complete Personal Training certifications from Can-Fit Pro, Twist Sports and the NSCA-CPT.
Complimentary to training certifications I graduated from the Dale Carnegie coaching programs. Giving me a better understanding of how to coach clients from a client-centered position.
Since then, I have taken on many clients helping to overcome the fear and challenge of change. While creating healthier, happier lifestyles. Now, being a rockstar father and husband, I bring my passion for creating a safe position for positive and healthy change.
With compassionate coaching, knowledgeable advice and a supportive team, any goal can be achieved. I would love to work with you to achieve yours.
